One idea is don’t tax businesses. Only have an income tax. Require all business no matter what size to follow the following rules – Business must pay 85% of its earnings as dividends to its share holders, partners, or proprietors. The highest paid person in a business can not make more than 40 times the earnings of the lowest paid person. Eliminate any distinction to income. All income no matter the source is taxed at a graduated rate.

The goal is to encourage entreprenuership and ability to be able to earn an outstanding living without having the caniving and greedy creating situations which disrupt a citizens ability to presue happiness. By finding ways to encourage diversity rather than consolidation in business we can bring forward excellance and reduce corruption. By having a more equatable way to distribute the earnings of a business gives credibility that all workers no matter their title participate in the success of the business. So, if the CEO wants a raise he must give the lowest paid person a raise thus tying the success of CEO and all workers of the business.
